Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ladies fingers - 1/4 kg
  2. Chili powder - 2 tsp
  3. Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  4. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  5. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt
  11. Maize flour - 1 cup
  12. Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  13. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the ladies fingers. Put slits about half an inch from the stem part till down. Make as many as possible. This makes it crunchy.
  2. Heat oil for deep frying.
  3. Take the ladies finger in a bowl. Add all the spices and salt and mix well.
  4. Add maize flour and breadcrumbs. Put only as much as required to coat all the ladies finger.
  5. Dust the excess flour and drop into hot oil one by one.
  6. Fry till crispy.
  7. Serve as a side dish or as a evening snack.
