Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bitter gourd /karela - 2
  2. Ridge gourd - 1 tbsp
  3. Eggplant - 1 tbsp
  4. Raw banana - 1 tbsp
  5. Potato - 1 tbsp
  6. Raddish - 1 tbsp
  7. Beans - 1 tbsp
  8. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Garlic cloves - 4 - 5
  11. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Chopped green chilly - 1 - 2
  13. Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
  14. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut all the veggies in a diced.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add all veggies and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  4. Add turmeric powder and green chilly and mix well.
  5. In a blender add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and garlic cloves to make a fine paste.
  6. Add mustard seeds paste in the pan and mix well.
  7. Add one cup of water and simmer the flame.
  8. Cover it and cook for ten mins till water absorb it.
  9. Serve hot with chapatis
