Veg cheesey kababs makes a great evening snack. Kid's snacks get a healthy makeover with these crunchy veg kababs . Presenting the receipe of vegetable cheesey kababs I prepared yesterday for some guests I wasn't expected. It was ready to consume in less than half n hour, which makes it a perfect option when your surprisingly guests arrived. Veg kababs are crisp from the outside and soft from inside comprising of different flavours and good nutrition.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potatoes 5
  2. Crushed beetroot 1
  3. Crushed carrot 1
  4. Chopped Green chillies 5
  5. Crushed ginger 1 tsp
  6. Boiled chopped beans
  7. Chopped coriander leaves
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Gram flour 1 tbsp
  10. Rice flour 1 tbsp
  11. Chatmasala 1 tsp
  12. Chopped cheese 1 cube
  13. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Keep all the ingredients ready for veg cheesey kababs .
  2. In a bowl add boiled peeled mashed potatoes, carrot, beetroot, beans, green chillies, salt, ginger, gram flour, chat masala. Mix it well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions. Make kabab shape from each portions of the mixture.
  4. And filled with cheese.
  5. Do the same with rest of the mixture.
  6. Now coat with rice flour like this.
  7. Heat the Kadhai / wok with oil, deep fry it on a low to medium flame till golden and crisp from both the sides. Fry 4-5 kababs at the time. I fried in two batches.
  8. Take out the fried kababs from the oil and put it on the tissue paper to get rid of the extra oil.
  9. Serve hot with the salad, ketup or chutney.
