ABOUT Cabbage Allu Sabji RECIPE

A yummy curry to be served with rotis, made with cabbage, and potatoes.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Around 350gms cabbage chopped
  2. 3 big potatoes chopped
  3. 1 tomato chopped medium large
  4. 1 green chilli chopped
  5. 5 to 6 Curry leaves
  6. 1/4 tsp hing
  7. 1 tsp Rai
  8. 3/4 tsp or to taste salt
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. 1 glass or as required water to cook veggie
  13. 2 tbsp oil
  14. For garnish... 5 to 10 coriander leaves
  15. For presentation.... 2 cabbage covers
  16. For Roti... 2 bowl wheat flour
  17. 1 tbsp oil for moyan
  18. 1 to 2 glass or as required water to make dough

Instructions

  1. Sipri me oil garam kare
  2. Add rai, green chilli, hing, curry leaves and tomatoes 1 by 1 saute in between
  3. Add little water and saute well
  4. Add all spices and mix well
  5. Add potatoes after washing well and mix well
  6. Add cabbage and mix well
  7. Add water for cooking and mix well
  8. Cover the lid and cook on medium.high flame
  9. Check in between.. water should not be left out
  10. Your sabji is ready.. garnish it with coriander leaves
  11. Serve hot with hot rotis
  12. It goes yummy with white rice also so can serve with hot white rice..
