Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Puffed rice- 3 cups
  2. Curry leaves 10- 15
  3. Dried red chillis - 2-3
  4. Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  5. salt - 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli - 1 tsp
  7. amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. lemon -1
  9. oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Add oil to a pan and heat on a medium flame. Put in the mustard seeds and red chillis.
  2. Once the seeds splutter, add the curry leaves and fry till they are crispy on a low- medium flame.
  3. Next add the puffed rice and mix it well. Squeeze the lemon on top and mix again.
  4. Keep this mixture on a low flame till the puffed rice is crispy.
