  1. CHICKEN PIECES - 100 GM
  2. VINEGAR/CURD - 2 TBSP
  3. Salt
  4. Onion paste - 2 tbsp
  5. garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cheese - 4 tbsp
  7. sugar - 1/2 tsp
  8. PEPPER (CRUSHED) - 2 tsp
  9. MAIDA / BREAD CRUMBS - 1 cup
  10. oil
  11. Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  13. Eggs - 2
  14. Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. MARINATE THE CHICKEN PIECES WITH CURD,SALT,CHILLY POWDER,JEERA POWDER,PEPPER,SUGAR ,GARLIC PASTE,ONION PASTE,GINGER PASTE
  2. MELT THE CHEESE AND MIX WITH EGGS AND LET IT TO BE A THICK PASTE
  3. NOW DIP CHICKEN SLICES IN THAT PASTE AND LET THE BREAD CRUMBS TO STICK IN IT
  4. NOW FRY IT TO SERVE
