Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. BOILED MUTTON KEEMA 250gm
  2. BROCCOLI 100gm
  3. Sliced carrot - 1/2 cup
  4. beans - 1/4 th cup
  5. olive OIL 4 tb SPOON
  6. pepper 2 SPOON
  7. salt as needed
  8. cornflour - 2 tbsp
  9. CHOPPED GARLIC,GINGER AND onion - 1/4 th cup
  10. sugar
  11. MILD WARM water

Instructions

  1. TAKE OIL IN A PAN
  2. CARAMELISE SUGAR IN IT
  3. FRY ALL VEGGIES INCLUDING GINGER,GARLIC ONION AND BROCCOLLY
  4. NOW MIX KEEMA,SALT AND CHILLIES IN IT AND ADD 2 CUPS WATER AND GIVE LID FOR SOME TIME
  5. OPEN THE LID AND ADD 2 SPOON FULL OF CORNFLOUR AND LET IR TO COOK
  6. SERVE IT BY GARNISHING WITH BUTTER/OLIVE OIL AND PEPPER
