ABOUT Healthy Fruit Chaat/ Green Fruit Salad RECIPE

This is a bright, colorful and refreshing fruit chaat that can also be called a fruit salad. Fruit chaat is the easiest and healthiest salad recipe which can be prepared in minutes. Add coriander and tamarind chutney to enhance the flavour and eat this flavoured fruit chaat with your family members.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Apple – 2 pieces
  2. Banana – 2 pieces
  3. Pomegranate seeds – 1 bowl
  4. Guava – 2 pieces
  5. Coriander chutney – 1 tsp
  6. Tamarind chutney – 1 tsp
  7. Salt – ½ tsp
  8. Rock salt – ĵ tsp
  9. Roasted cumin seeds powder – ĵ tsp
  10. Chaat masala – ½ tsp
  11. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  12. Sesame Seeds for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, cut all the fruits and add all the ingredients together. Mix it well.
  2. Garnish with little sesame seeds and serve immediately.
