ABOUT Chicken /veg rolls RECIPE

Crispy fried roll made with leftover chicken /veg fillings

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Filling
  2. 1cup shredded chicken
  3. 1cup mixed vegetables ( corn kernels, baby corn,capsicum, cabbage; olives etc)
  4. Pizza cheese 1cup
  5. Pizza sauce 2tbsp
  6. Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. FOR COVER
  9. Regular atta dough made for chapattis
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. For filling
  2. Saute all the ingredients(chicken and vegetables ) for 2-3min
  3. Add pizza sauce, tomato ketchup and salt
  4. Keep aside
  5. Prepare thin chapatti out of the dough
  6. Place the filling in the center
  7. Fold the chapatti from 2 sides
  8. Make a roll
  9. Deep fry till golden brown
  10. Serve hot
