ABOUT Low calorie vegetables with chilli garlic sauce RECIPE

It is actually a recipe for people who are on a diet, specifically low carb diet. It contains nutrella which is high in protein, mushrooms with high water content, very healthy for all age groups yet tasty, roasted paneer gives great twist to the dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Nutrella - 1 cup
  2. Mushrooms - 1 pack
  3. Capsicum - 1
  4. Paneer - 200 gms
  5. Broccoli - 1 flower
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Red dry chilli flakes as per taste
  8. Mix herbs as per taste
  9. Honey 1 - 2 tsp
  10. Garlic - 1 pod chopped
  11. Olive oil - 1 tsp
  12. Sesame seeds - a few roasted
  13. 1 or 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Par boil all the vegetables and nutrella together except paneer, add salt.
  2. Drain the vegetables, roast the paneer on tawa.
  3. Put vegetables in a microwave safe bowl. Add in the roasted paneer.
  4. Make dressing for your vegetables: Take olive oil, chilli flakes, honey, mixed herbs, roasted sesame seeds and mix all the ingredients together and make a sauce.
  5. Add this sauce to the vegetables and microwave for 1 minute. At the end squeeze half a lemon and toss. Serve with boiled eggs on top.
  6. Have these vegetables with spaghetti or with garlic bread or soup.
