Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg raw pumpkin
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1-2 drop green food colour
  4. 4 tbsp Gulkand
  5. 1/2 tsp paan bahaar (for mint)
  6. 2 tsp chopped dry fruits
  7. 2-3 sheet silver work for garnish
  8. 1 tbsp tutti frutti for garnish

Instructions

  1. Firstly peel off the pumpkin.
  2. Cut the thin slices in triangle shape.
  3. Now boil in simple water for 2 minutes.
  4. In a pan add sugar, green food colour and water for sugar syrup. Boil it.
  5. Then add slices in green colour sugar syrup.
  6. Now boil for 5 minutes.
  7. In a bowl add gulkand, paan bahaar and chopped dry fruits.
  8. Mix it well and fill in the triangle slices.
  9. Now garnish with silver colour work and tutti frutti.
  10. Enjoy pumpkin Shahi paan.
