Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  2. 1 cup soaked rice
  3. 1 cup Mango puree
  4. 2 tablespoon Brinjal chopped
  5. 1 tablespoon Onion chopped
  6. 2 tablespoon bellpapers chopped
  7. 1 pouch Maggie seasoning masala
  8. 1/2 teaspoon blackpepper Whole
  9. 1/2 teaspoon chilly flakes
  10. 1/4 teaspoon oragano
  11. salt as per taste
  12. Ingredients for Brinjal relish :
  13. Brinjal slices shallow fried 5 to 6
  14. Mustard paste 1 teaspoon
  15. Lemon juice 2 drops
  16. salt as per taste
  17. Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Step 1. Take a pan on flame and put the oil add chopped onion and chopped Brinjal ,bellpapers and stir it add the spices Maggie seasoning masala and chilly flakes black pepper and oragano, salt
  2. Step 2. Steam the rice in mango puree for 8 to 10 minutes .
  3. Step 3. Mix the rice in stir fried vegetables and reduce the extra moisture on a flame
  4. Step 4. Take a ring mould and set the dish in it and grill it for 5 minutes
  5. Step 5. Prepare Brinjal relish Take a bowl and put the shallow fried Brinjal slices add lemon juice and mustard paste and mayonnaise and pinch of salt mix it well our Brinjal relish is ready to serve
  6. Step 6. Now we will assemble our dish take plate and unmould the grilled Brinjal mango rice and serve Brinjal relish and garnish with the Brinjal flowers , cherry tomatoes, red chilly sauce :heartbeat:
