Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 kg yellow pumpkin
  2. Green chilli 2
  3. Ginger 1 inch
  4. Mustard oil 4..5 teaspoon
  5. Asoefodia /heeng 1/2teaspoon
  6. Cumin seeds /jeera 1/2teaspoon
  7. Methidana 1/2teaspoon
  8. Fennel seeds/ saunf powder 2teaspoon
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2teaspoon
  10. Salt 2 teaspoon
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2teaspoon
  12. Coriander powder 2teaspoon
  13. Garam masala powder 1teaspoon
  14. Sugar 2teaspoon
  15. Mango powder /khatai 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut pumpkin into small pieces
  2. Take a vok
  3. Put oil in it
  4. Heat up the oil
  5. Add heeng, jeera ,methidana in it
  6. Add pumpkin pieces in it
  7. Sprinkle salt
  8. Add 1 cup water
  9. Cover it with a lid
  10. Cook for 8..10 minutes till pumpkin softens
  11. Now add all the spices in it
  12. Keep stirring
  13. Fry for 2 more minutes.
