ABOUT Cauliflower kofta curry RECIPE

This is a recipe by my mother, a yummy koftas curry made with cauliflower, that can be served with rotis or parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated cauliflower - 200 gm
  2. grated paneer - 100 gm
  3. tomato puree - 1 cup
  4. kaju [cashew nuts] paste - 2 tbsp
  5. salt
  6. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  7. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  8. refined oil
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Milk - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix 200 gm grated cauliflower,100 gm paneer, and 2 TSB cornflour n mix well. Make small ball of this mixture and deep fry.
  2. For gravy in a pan heat some refined oil and then add tomato puree. stir and now add salt, red chilly powder and turmeric powder
  3. Now add kaju paste in it stir it for 5 minutes now add little milk in to it and let this simmer. after few minutes add koftas to it . Your cauliflower kofta gravy is ready.
