  1. Rice...1 bowl
  2. Fish head...1
  3. Boiled Potato.
  4. Onion +green chilli paste...4 spn
  5. Chopped Onion...1
  6. Chopped tomato...1
  7. Cumin powder..1spn
  8. Red chilli powder..1 spn
  9. Garam masala powder...1spn

Instructions

  1. IN 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL, FRY 2 FISH HEADS
  2. FRY 1 BOILED POTATO
  3. FRY 1 TSP CUMIN & 2 BAY LEAVES
  4. ADD 1 ONION
  5. ADD 1 TOMATO & 4 TSP GREEN CHILLI- ONION PASTE
  6. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC, RED CHILLI & GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD THE FRIED POTATO & FISH HEADS
  8. ADD 1 CUP COOKED GOBINDOBHOG / BASMATI RICE
  9. ADD 1 TSP GHEE, MIX AND SERVE
