ABOUT Baingan ka salan RECIPE

This is a perfect brinjal curry to be served with some steamed rice or even some parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 large brinjal
  2. 100 cream,
  3. Boiled potatoes paste - 3 tbsp
  4. oil
  5. corn flour 3 tbsp
  6. tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  7. 100 gm cream
  8. Turmeric powder [haldi] - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut brinjal in to long slices and deep fry. stuff some potatoes paste in these brinjal slices and roll them.
  2. Now in a pan add tomato puree, salt, mirch, turmeric powder and cream stir it for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add brinjal rolls in it. Baingan ka salan is ready.
