Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1cup crumbled paneer
  2. 1 1/2cup milk powder
  3. Pinch of baking powder
  4. Pinch of green color
  5. 1 tablespoon fresh cream
  6. Desi ghee for frying
  7. For sugar syrup
  8. 1 cup sugar
  9. 1 Cup water
  10. Saffron strings
  11. Some dry fruit's

Instructions

  1. Firstly make sugar syrup having one string consistency and add cardamom powder,saffron strings
  2. In a large bowl take crumbled paneer and mash it till it become smooth add milk powder ,baking powder,cream and make a smooth dough.
  3. Now prepare stuffing by mixing green color with prepared dough and make very small balls and placed the prepare ball in center cover and seal the ball
  4. Now deep fry the balls in the ghee till it becomes dark brown at low fleam
  5. Immediately drop the balls in hot sugar syrup,cover the lid and rest for one hour
  6. Garnishe with dry fruits and serve
