Ingredients to make Fruit Shashlik

  • Kiwi - 1
  • apple - 1
  • mango - 1
  • Anyother fruit of your choice
  • honey - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • lime Juice - 1 tsp
  • Cherries for garnishing

How to make Fruit Shashlik

  1. Take fruits of your choice and insert them in toothpick and keep aside. Here I have taken grape kiwi apple and Mango.
  2. Take 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp honey and a few drops of lime juice and mix it with water and dip the fruits in it and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes take the fruit shaslik and roast on a gas stove for 5 - 10 seconds.
  3. Finally top it with cherry and serve.
