Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kiwi - 1
  2. Apple - 1
  3. Mango - 1
  4. Anyother fruit of your choice
  5. Honey - 1 tsp
  6. Sugar - 1 tsp
  7. Lime Juice - 1 tsp
  8. Cherries for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take fruits of your choice and insert them in toothpick and keep aside. Here I have taken grape kiwi apple and Mango.
  2. Take 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp honey and a few drops of lime juice and mix it with water and dip the fruits in it and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes take the fruit shaslik and roast on a gas stove for 5 - 10 seconds.
  3. Finally top it with cherry and serve.
