Ingredients to make Baba Ghanoush

  • One medium sized eggplant or brinjal
  • Tahini paste two tablespoons
  • garlic pods 7 to 8
  • olive oil two tablespoons
  • Black pepper half teaspoon
  • Paprika half teaspoon
  • lime juice one teaspoon
  • Green coriander one teaspoon

How to make Baba Ghanoush

  1. Roast the brinjal on direct flame till it softens
  2. Keep it to cool
  3. Now peel it and grind with garlic and tahini paste
  4. Now add salt and black pepper
  5. squeeze one teaspoon lime juice
  6. Mix well all the ingredients
  7. arrange in a plate
  8. Drizzle olive oil on top
  9. Sprinkle paprika
  10. garnish with green coriander and serve

My Tip:

Don't grind the brinjal too fine
