Mangodi curry is a rajasthani curry ..but my mother always made mangodi with diffrent veggies for diffrent taste and best for those who dont want to eat mangodi
First of all crush the mangodi with a rolling pin and cut the cauliflower into florets
In a deep pan add water to boil and boil the florets
Mean time in an another pan keep 1/2 cup of water to boil
In a wok heat oil add cumin seeds , green chillies and crushed mangodi
Saute it in slow heat till mangodi turns light brown then add 1/2 cup boiled water which we boil earlier
Now add tomato puree and all dry spices into it
Cook till oil leaves the sides
Now add boiled florets of cauliflower and mix well
Add little more water if needed and cook for another few seconds
Garnish with corriender leaves
Serve with rice , chapati or naan
