Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 lb/ 1/2 kg Okra / Bendakaya
  2. 2 cups broccoli florets
  3. 1 tsp Ginger, garlic paste chopped
  4. ½ cup Onion chopped
  5. 6 Green chilli slits
  6. 3 tbsp Peanut powder coarse
  7. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp Coriander and Cumin powder
  9. To taste Salt
  10. For Tempering:
  11. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  12. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  13. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 1 string Curry leaves
  15. 3 dry red chillies
  16. A pinch hing
  17. 3 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and temper it. Add onion, chillies and saute for 3 mins.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and mix for 3 mins. Add okra, broccoli and cook until soft. Don’t cover with lid.
  3. Add chilli powder, peanut powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well. Leave it for 5 mins. Serve with rotis.
