Moutabel - Middle Eastern Eggplant Dip

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 big eggplant baked or roasted over gas
  2. 4 cloves garlic
  3. 2 fresh green chili
  4. 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  5. 1/2 lemon juice
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. Dry mint leaves
  8. 1 tbsp teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Remove skin of eggplant.
  2. Blend together with garlic cloves gree chili, salt and sesame seeds
  3. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Pour in a serving ball.
  5. Pour Extra virgin olive oil
  6. Sprinkle Dry mint
