Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 packet noodles
  2. Oil for frying
  3. 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  4. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  5. 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  6. 2tbsp sp corn starch
  7. 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  8. 2tbsp garlic chilli sauce
  9. 2 tsp soy sauce
  10. 2 tsp Vinegar
  11. 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles with some salted boiling water, drain and let them cool. Once cooled enough, sprinkle cornflour over them and mix well.
  2. Deep fry these noodles in hot oil, drain them and place them on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
  3. Heat another pan with son oil. Once heated, add the chopped onion and saute. Then add the chopped vegetables and cook or few seconds.
  4. Then add salt, sugar, vinegar and the sauces. Mix well. Add water and bring upto boil. Then add some cornflour mixed in water to the gravy and let this thicken.
  5. Once the mix bubbles and is thick enough, pour this all over the fried noodles and serve.
