Pumpkins are one of the best-known sources of beta-carotene. They are also high in potassium levels, vitamins and also contains antioxidants. Flax seeds are high in Omega-3 fatty acids and are also fiber-rich. These energy bars are flavoured with pumpkin pie spice mix that is nothing but a combination of a few basic whole spice powders - cinnamon powder, dried ginger powder, grated nutmeg and all-spice powder. Sometimes clove powder is also added to it. Major or say the highest portion in this spice mix is of cinnamon powder, followed by dried ginger powder and rest in small quantities.
