Easy Homemade Coconut barfi for all festive occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 3cups Desiccated coconut
  2. Milk as required to soak Dessicated coconut
  3. 2 cup Milkmaid ( sweetened Condensed milk )
  4. Cardamom ( Elaichi)
  5. 1/2 teaspoon rosewater if u want to add .
  6. Kewra essence
  7. 2 teaspoon Ghee
  8. Almonds & cashews to garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak Desiccated coconut in milk Completely and leave it for one hour
  2. Heat pan and add Ghee
  3. After this add soaked Desiccated coconut in to the pan and stir it for 2 to 4 mins.
  4. Add condensed milk and cardamom powder and Stir well till it became thick mixture
  5. Atlast add rose water and kewra essence , mix well for 1 to 2 mins.
  6. Spread the mixture in flat bottomed jar or anything you have.
  7. Sprinkle dryfruit over it and freeze for 2 hours .
  8. Cut in to pieces and Ur Yummy Coconut barfi is ready to Serve
