ABOUT Leftover rice fritters RECIPE

Its a easy tea time snack made with left rice with little efforts

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup cooked rice( left rice)
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. 3 bread slices
  4. 1 small onion finely chopped
  5. Small piece of ginger chopped
  6. 2-3 green chilly
  7. 4 tabs of gram flour or corn flour
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil

Instructions

  1. Take a clean bowl , put rice in it and mash with clean hands.
  2. Peal off the boiled potatoes and mash the bread slices
  3. Add potatoes and bread in rice, add onion, ginger, green chillies ,salt , gram flour or corn flour (as per your choice) and mix all the ingredients.
  4. Take oil in pan and heat it on low flame.
  5. Give the desire shape to fritters and fry them till golden brown
  6. Serve with red or green chutney
