ABOUT Lady's Finger Dosa (Vendakka Dosai) RECIPE

I have never thought I could get such a soft, tasty, aromatic dosa with Lady's finger till I tasted it from my friend's lunch box few years ago. She told me they make this often as breakfast and learnt that from her aunt from a village side. She also told me its a good substitute for urad dal. From then onwards, I started making this Lady's Finger Dosa, whenever its available cheap in the market. A very healthy and nutrient rich substitute for Urad dal to make Dosa.

I tried to make but my flour became sticky. I don't know what mistake I did. So I was unable to spread properly.
