delicious buck wheat flour fritters using pumpkin

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. buck wheat flour(kitty ka atta) 1/2 cup
  2. chopped pumpkin 1 cup
  3. green chilli chopped 2
  4. jeera 1 tsp
  5. sendha namak 2 tsp
  6. sugar 1/2 tsp
  7. water for making dough

Instructions

  1. chop pumpkin into small pieces
  2. add kuttu ka atta to pumpkin, salt sugar green chilli
  3. add little water at a time just to bind flour with pumpkin
  4. heat oil in a kadai
  5. drop pakodi on low flame
  6. TURN flame to high and fry the pakodi till they change colour
  7. serve hot with curd
