Sweet tangy maggie bhel, a perfect raining day snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggie 2 portions
  2. 1 big potato
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 medium size onion
  5. Maggi masala
  6. Sev 3 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ketchup 2tsp
  9. Corriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Crush maggie slightly and roast for 3-5min on medium flame
  2. Boil potato and chop. Chop onion and tomato
  3. Now add maggi masala into tomato ketchup and also add chopped veggies in this paste
  4. Now add roasted Maggie into the ketchup paste mixture
  5. Add chopped corriander, sev and serve yummylicious maggie bhel.
