Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 bittergourd
  2. Salt as per your need
  3. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  4. For stuffing
  5. 2 tsp fennel seeds
  6. Salt as per need
  7. Red chilli as per your need
  8. Paneer half bowl
  9. Garam Masala 1 tsp
  10. Amchoor powder 1 tsp
  11. Kasuri Methi
  12. for gravy
  13. 4- 5 cardmom
  14. 2 bay leaves
  15. One bowl onion paste
  16. Half power cashew paste
  17. Sugar 2 tsp
  18. Mawa one Baul
  19. Salt as per test
  20. Green chilli 2 ya 3
  21. ginger garlic paste
  22. Oil 1TB sp
  23. 1TB SP butter
  24. Cream half power bol
  25. Kasuri methi

Instructions

  1. Peel the bitter gourds ,marinate with salt and turmeric.
  2. rest for one hour
  3. Now make a stuffing take panir,add salt green chilli Garam Masala fennel seeds onion chopped amchoor powder mix it well keep aside
  4. Now after one hour wash bitter gourd tap it.on towel And dry it
  5. Stuffed with stuffing and take a pan half tbsp oil and FRy bitter gourd ktll soft
  6. Now we take a pan add oil and butter
  7. now add onion paste,ginger garlic paste
  8. Add salt red chilly,turmeric,dhniya powder,nd cook till oil sepration
  9. Now add cashew paste sugar Cook it well
  10. add mawa stir it nd cook
  11. and bitter gourd ,covered with lid
  12. add kasuri methi,garam.masala
  13. Cook for 5 minutes serve with paratha naan
