Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup potato cubed
  2. 1 cup brinjal cubed
  3. 1 onion chopped
  4. 3-4 garlic pod chopped
  5. 1 tomato chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric 1/2 tablespoon
  8. Coriander powder 1/2 tablespoon
  9. Cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
  11. Oil 1 tablespoon
  12. Fennel seeds powder 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in nonstick pan.
  2. Add jeera.
  3. When crackles add onion, garlic, green chilli.
  4. Saute for 2 minute.
  5. Then add potato and brinjal.
  6. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder.
  7. Add coriander, cumin powder.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Then add fennel seeds powder.
  10. Give a good stir.
  11. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  12. Serve hot.
