ABOUT Ghost ka achar RECIPE

Meat pickle,which is made with mutton and spices. A delicious and finger licking good pickle to be served with just some steamed rice.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mutton - 100 gm
  2. oil - 1/2 cup
  3. Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
  4. salt
  5. pepper powder - 1 tsp
  6. turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  7. ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  8. Lemon juice of 4 lemons


  1. Wash the meat and pat them dry. Chop them into tiny pieces and marinate them with spices and salt.
  2. Now heat some oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, saute for few minutes and then add the marinated mutton.
  3. Cook until the meat is cooked. Then add lemon juice and saute it. cook well and let it cool.
  4. Then heat rest of the oil and cool it. Pour this into the pickle, in a container, store it and enjoy.
