ABOUT Cauliflower with ginger julienne RECIPE

A delicious and less spicy dish. In this no onion garlic dry cauliflower main ingredients with cauliflower are ginger jyoti green chilli and cumin.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower 1
  2. Ginger julienne 2 teaspoon
  3. Green chillies 2-3 chopped
  4. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  5. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Chopped coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  7. Mustard oil 2 tablespoon
  8. Green peas 1/2 cup, optional
  9. Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower in small florets. Wash properly, drain and keep aside.
  2. Chop the ginger lengthwise. Make thin slices to make ginger julienne.
  3. Heat oil a nonstick pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
  4. Now add ginger julienne and chopped green chilli.
  5. Fry till the ginger becomes light brown.
  6. Add cauliflower and green peas. Saute for few minutes.
  7. Add salt and mix well.
  8. Cover and cook on simmer till the cauliflower becomes tender.
  9. Add cumin powder and coriander leaves.
  10. Saute on high flame till the cauliflower changes it's colour.
  11. Sprinkle garam masala powder and remove from heat.
  12. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
