Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 5-6 slices of white bread or brown bread
  2. 2 medium sized potatoes
  3. A handful Boiled peas
  4. 1/2 chopped onion
  5. ½ tsp dry mango powder
  6. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  7. ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 green chilli, chopped¼ tsp garam masala powder¼ tsp cumin powder½ tsp chaat masala
  9. 2 to 3 tsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. boil the potatoes.when they are still warm, peel and mash them
  2. Then add peas and chopped onion and keep aside
  3. Add the pomengranate powder, crushed black pepper, red chili powder, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, cumin powder and chaat masala powder and salt.
  4. mix the whole filling well.... Make small to medium rolls of the filling depending on the size of the bread
  5. Soak each slice, one at a time, in water for about ten seconds. Squeeze out water by pressing between palms
  6. Place a bread slice on the work top, place some of the potato mixture in the center on one side and roll to cover the stuffing firmly. It should be sealed properly
  7. Now preheat d airfryer for 5 mins at 200 ° Then keep the rolls in the airfryer, you can brush a little oil on all the sides and keep them for 10 mins at 180 °, after 10 mins turn the sides , and keep them again for 5 mins
  8. Now take them out and serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney
