ABOUT Baked cauliflower crust RECIPE

This is very healthy recipe which includes only cauliflower , cheese and no oil. It can be served as tea time snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1. Cauliflower - 250 gm
  2. 2. Pizza cheese- 3 to 4 tb sp
  3. 3. Salt - as per taste
  4. 4. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. 5. Genoa spice mix- 1 tsp
  6. 6. Capcicum - 1 small
  7. 7. Oregano flakes - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the cauliflower and break into florets. Let them dry for some time. And arrange all ingredients.
  2. 2. Grind the florets finely and transfer them into the bowl.
  3. 3. Now add grated cheese to the cauliflower.
  4. 4. Now add baking powder as the quantity mentioned.
  5. 5. At this stage put Genoa spice mix.
  6. 6. At last add salt as per taste.
  7. 7. Now mix all ingredients very well.
  8. 8. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and grease with oil. Then put the cauliflower mix.
  9. 9. Spread all the mixture with the finger tip.
  10. 10. It will become like thin sheet.
  11. 11. Now bake it at 180 degree Celsius in preheated oven for 20 min
  12. 12. After baking the crust looks like this.
  13. 13. Now top with some cheese and capsicum.
  14. 14. Bake it for another 10 min.
  15. 15. Sprinkle some oregano.
  16. 16. Now the baked cauliflower crust is ready to serve.
