Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Sugar coated grilled pineapple- 4 wedges
  2. Lime wedges- 4 nos
  3. Cilantro- 4 nos
  4. Mint leaves- 8 to 9 nos
  5. White sugar- 1 and 1/2 bar spoon
  6. Lime juice- 20 ml
  7. Captain Morgan spice rum- 60 ml

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add crushed ice, shake and pour directly into a Tom Collins glass.
