Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ladies Finger (okra/Bindi) – 150 gram or ( 5 long no of Okra)
  2. gingely oil or olive oil – 2 tspn
  3. panch phoran mix - (najella seeds, methi seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds) – ½ tspn
  4. onion - 1 no chopped
  5. green chilli - 1 chopped
  6. ginger grated – ¼ tspn
  7. Garlic – 1 tspn chopped
  8. Masalas (red chilli powder , coriander powder, turmeric powder) each ¼ tspn Lemon juice – few drops

Instructions

  1. Wash okra and cut into 1 cm size.
  2. In a wide pan add gingelly oil and temper with panch phoran mix and add onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. add okra and masalas sauté well and cook for two minutes
  4. Finally sprinkle lemon juice and mix well . Remove from the heat. Transfer okra into serving bowl.
