GULABJAMUN

Ingredients to make GULABJAMUN

  • 500 gram mawa
  • 250 gram paneer
  • 125 gram maida
  • 1tsp Baking powder
  • oil for fry
  • sugar 500 gram
  • water 2 cup
  • dry feuits optional

How to make GULABJAMUN

  1. Mix the maida and baking powder together.
  2. mix mawa,paneer and maida and knead a smooth dough
  3. make small balls without crack on it..You can stuff with dry fruit too.
  4. heat ample amount of oil in a wok...put some balls in it...when they float on oil, lower the flame to medium high and start frying the balls.
  5. in other pan make sugar syrup, with water and sugar, stir till the sugar dissolves...cook another 5 minutes....put golden balls in sugar syrup for 2 hours to soak well.
  6. serve hot or cold as per your choice.
