Ingredients Serving: 16

  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  7. 1 cup pumpkin puree
  8. 1/4 cup Milk
  9. 1/4 cup water + 2 teaspoon flaxmeal
  10. 1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix 1/4 cup water and flaxmeal. keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl.
  4. Add milk, butter and flaxmeal liquid and mix till combined into a batter.Spoon into a donut pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven until donuts spring back when touched, 15 to 18 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with coffee.
