Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Brinjal.....14
  2. Dry coconut powder...3table spoons
  3. Jeera....3 spoons
  4. Asfoetida....2 spoons
  5. Garlic....8 pods
  6. Fried gram.....1/4 cup
  7. Chilly powder....3spoons
  8. Dose rice...1/2 cup
  9. Toor dal...1/2 cup
  10. Urd dal...1/4 cup
  11. Gram flour....2&1/2 table spoons
  12. salt.....
  13. Turmeric powder....1/4 spoon
  14. Granny (Oma)...1 spoon
  15. Green chilly....2
  16. Coconut oil....1/2 litre

Instructions

  1. Soak dosa rice,toor dal & urd dal in a water for 1 or2 hour after washing them together.
  2. Take dry coconut powder,jeera,asfoetida(1 spoon),garlic,fried gram,salt and chilly powder(2 spoons),mix them and powder them.This is masala powder.
  3. Wash Bringal cleanly and ready it like show in the picture.
  4. Shallow fry them using coconut oil ( 2 mins ) until it changes colour.
  5. Gried the soaked items with green chilly and little water.Grind it until it is nicely grindly.
  6. Take the grinded matter into a bowl, add salt asafotieda, chiiy powder, turmeric powder oma and gram flour and mix them. Batter is ready.
  7. Now stuff the masala powder inside Brinjal.
  8. Now dip the Brinjal in the Bater and deep fry them.
  9. stuffed Brinjal Bonda is ready.serve with chutney or kechup:heart_eyes:
