Baby corns – 200 gms cut into cubes
Red bell pepper Green bell pepper – 1 cup
onion – 1 medium size diced
Crushed garlic – few cloves
Curry leaves – 4-5 leaves
Black pepper powder – a pinch
Red chili powder salt – as per taste
tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
Instructions
Steam baby corns in a pressure cooker with little salt.
Simultaneously, in a non –stick pan, sauté garlic, curry leaves, bell pepper, onion for 5 min. Add steamed bell pepper. Add all seasonings and cook for another 5 min. Switch off the flame and once cooled, add tomato ketchup.
