Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken pieces 500gms
  2. mushroom quartered 10-12
  3. potato 2 medium sized
  4. onion chopped 1 cup
  5. chicken Stock 2 Cups
  6. garlic Cloves 5-6
  7. pepper powder 2-3 tablespoons
  8. salt to taste
  9. Soya sauce 2 tablespoons
  10. tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
  11. Garam masala powder 1 tablespoon
  12. Bay leaf 1
  13. flour 2 cups


  1. Take a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, pepper powder and mix it well then coat the chicken with this flour mixture.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until it gets nice color.
  3. Fry the potato pieces and keep it aside.
  4. In the same pan add garlic cloves, bay leaf, onion slices, salt and saute it for 2 minutes.
  5. Once the onions are cooked, add mushrooms, pepper powder, chicken stock , vinegar, garam masala powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce , cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Then add fried chicken and potato pieces, put the lid on and cook for 15 minutes in a slow flame. Serve this with Rice, Roti and Bread.

Do you really add vinegar? It's mentioned in the instructions, but not the recipe! HELP!
