Mutton in green masala, that can be served with some rotis or even with some steamed rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton 500 gms
  2. Onion 3
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Hara kabab masala 2 tbsp
  5. Green chilly 3
  6. Lemon 1/2
  7. Curd 4 tbsp
  8. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  9. Red chilly sauce 2 tbsp
  10. Curry leaves 1 sprig
  11. Oil 2 tbsp or as required


  1. Pressure cook the mutton with salt Once the mutton is cooled marinate the same with curd and hara kabab masala for min 30 mins. More the better
  2. In a pan heat oil, add green chilly, curry leaf and onion. Once the onion has turned transparent , place the mutton pieces one by one. Cover n cook for a minute
  3. Stir the mutton n onion mixture, add 1/4 cup water to avoid the masala bieng burnt
  4. Add the tomatoes and stir for 3 mins on high flame.Add soya sauce and chilly sauce and again roast for 1 minute
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice
