Hara kabab masala 2 tbsp
Green chilly 3
Lemon 1/2
Curd 4 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Red chilly sauce 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Oil 2 tbsp or as required
Instructions
Pressure cook the mutton with salt
Once the mutton is cooled marinate the same with curd and hara kabab masala for min 30 mins. More the better
In a pan heat oil, add green chilly, curry leaf and onion. Once the onion has turned transparent , place the mutton pieces one by one. Cover n cook for a minute
Stir the mutton n onion mixture, add 1/4 cup water to avoid the masala bieng burnt
Add the tomatoes and stir for 3 mins on high flame.Add soya sauce and chilly sauce and again roast for 1 minute
Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice
