Green Masala Biscuit

Ingredients to make Green Masala Biscuit

  • flour 100 gms
  • butter 50 gms
  • Icing sugar 10 gms
  • salt 2 gms
  • Baking powder 1.5 gms
  • Green masala (green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger)

How to make Green Masala Biscuit

  1. Sieve the flour along with baking powder. Cream fat till soft and smooth.
  2. Grind the green masala ingredients to paste with salt. You can adjust as per your taste.
  3. Add the ground paste to the creamed fat.
  4. Add icing sugar and mix uniformly. Add flour and knead well.
  5. Roll the sheet to a even thickness and cut squares and arrange on the baking tray.
  6. Bake at 150 degree centigrade for 15 to 20 minutes.
