Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. flour 100 gms
  2. Sugar 20 gms
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Yeast 2 gms
  5. Refined oil 8 gms
  6. Water 60 gms
  7. Bread Improver 2 gms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour. Dissolve sugar, salt and yeast in luke warm water.
  2. Start kneading the flour with the above solution until it forms a thin filament when stretched with hand.
  3. After kneading, rest the dough for fermentation covered with gunny bag for 1 hour till done.
  4. After fermentation knock back the dough and cut each into 50 gms balls and place on a greased tray.
  5. Rest the tray in a warm place covered with gunny bag for proofing.
  6. After proofing bake on 200 degree centigrade for 10 to 12 minutes.
