ABOUT Sweet and Salt biscuit RECIPE

A perfect blend of the contrast flavour of sweet and salty.

Ingredients Serving: 20

  1. Flour 100 gms
  2. Icing Sugar 15 gms
  3. Butter 55 gms
  4. Milk powder 8 gms
  5. Ammonium Bicarbonate 0.5 gms
  6. Ajwain/ Jeera 0.5 gms

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour. And semi blend with jeera / ajwain.
  2. Cream fat till soft and smooth.
  3. Dissolve ammonium bi carbonate in some water and add to the creamed mixture.
  4. Add icing sugar and mix uniformly. Add flour and knead well till done.
  5. Roll to even thickness and cut squares and arrange on a baking tray.
  6. Bake at 150 degree centigrade for 15 to 20 minutes.
