This chicken dish has been blended with spices and marinated for a whole night and then grilled to perfection.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boneless chicken- 1/2 kg
  2. Almonds soaked in water - 15 nos
  3. Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  4. Chat masala and chilly powder to sprinkle
  5. Egg- 1
  6. Yogurt/curd- 1 small bowl
  7. Peppercorns-1 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves- a bunch
  9. Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
  10. Lemon juice-1
  11. Chicken masala powder- 1 tsp
  12. Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
  13. Tandoori chicken masala powder- 1 tbsp
  14. Cumin seed- 1 tsp
  15. Salt to taste


  1. Soak the almonds in water and remove the skin.
  2. Take the mixer jar and add the following ingredients, peeled almonds, 1 tsp of whole jeera, 1 tsp of saunf, 1 tsp of chicken masala powder, 1 and 1/2 tsp of ginger-garlic paste, juice of 1 lemon and 1/2 cup of curd with a few sprigs of coriander leaves, and blend it all together.
  3. Also soak the mint leaves, garam masala powder, pepper corns in water and then grind them together to make a fine paste.
  4. Drain all the water from the chicken, add an egg and both the grounded pastes and mix well. Once you add the tandoori chicken masala powder, mix it again and let it marinate for a whole night.
  5. The next day, grill these marinated chicken pieces at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chat masala and chilli powder on top before serving.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
