Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 pack mushroom
  2. 2 onion.
  3. 2 capsicum
  4. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/4 tsp each.soya.chilli .tomato sauce
  6. 4 tsp cornflour
  7. 2 tsp maida
  8. Salt
  9. Kali mirch

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushroom ,if they are big in size, then cut into halves from centre
  2. Make a thick better of maida and 2 tsp cornflour with little salt
  3. Dip all the mushrooms in the batter and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a karahi now, fry all the mushroom pakodas.
  5. Now remove the extra oil from the kadhai.
  6. Add onion slices,capsicum julians and ginger garlic paste.
  7. Saute for five minutes
  8. Make a slurry with 2 tsp cornflour and all the sauces.
  9. Pour this into the kadhai.
  10. Add salt and pepper powder according to personal taste.
  11. Once it starts boiling, add mushrooms and give it a mix.
  12. This is ready to be served.
