This is my mother's dish that is loved by all. It is an easy and tasty recipe that is a must try.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mutton chops - 6 pieces
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Few curry leaves
  4. Oil as required
  5. 2 tomatoes chopped
  6. Meat masala powder 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder as per spice taste
  10. Water to cook the chops
  11. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  12. Grated raw papaya 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a cooker, add the mutton chops along with ginger-garlic paste. Add in the raw papaya with spices and water and cook til the mutton is done.
  2. Once cooked, uncover the cooker lid, simmer and cook till the gravy thickens.
  3. Add the curry leaves and cook these mutton chops till they become almost totally dry.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
