ABOUT Baked Ragi Chips RECIPE

Ragi is a wonder grain. This gluten free grain is a rich source of fibre and also has high protein content. A perfect grain for the growth of childrens. Here is a recipe of baked ragi chips. You can make many variety of recipes from Ragi. Try this one.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Ragi Flour
  2. 1/4 cup Wheat flour
  3. 1 Tablespoon oil
  4. 1 Teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 Tablespoon Chat Masala for taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 Teaspoon Oil to apply on oil

Instructions

  1. Mix Ragi and wheat flour.
  2. Add Red Chilli Powder and salt. Now add 1 Tablespoon oil and mix it well.
  3. Now add little water and knead a dough. Allow the Dough to rest for a while. ( For about 10-15 minutes)
  4. Now make small balls of dough and roll it flat. Roll it in thin crust.
  5. Cut it into strips like chips. Apply oil over it. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes.
  6. Place the chips in baking tray and bake at 140 degree for 15 minutes or till it becomes crispy.
  7. Once it is done sprinkle chat masala over it and serve it with nice hot milk, milk shake , juice. A perfect snack for your kid. You can even serve it some interesting yoghurt dip.
  8. Also you can store it for 10 days.
